日本じゃまだまだ１６日ってお休みの日が多いんでしょう。「暦どおり」っていう表現をよく使いますよね。でもうちは外資なのでもちろん公休日ではありません。
会社組織に若干の手直し。私は副社の指揮下にいたんですが、その間にベテラン兵（つうか大先輩）が配置されました。社長としては副社と我々の技術的なコミュニケーションの改善を図ろうとしているみたいですが、副社は短気で忙しいので「話したつもりになっている」という特技の持ち主だし、大先輩と私は情報の受け手として有能とはいえないしで、伝言ゲームの毎日が続いています。
自分の部下に対して出した命令が、上司にから否定された場合、果たしでどうするか。うちの副社はしらんぷりするんですよね。しかも都合が悪いことに無意識にやっている。「だって、俺の命令よりも社長の方がスジとおっているでしょう」ということで、それを我々が聞くのはあたりまえだと。
でもこここで「副社の命令でして」なんていおうものならボコスカにやられるのは私とベテランの方のほうなわけで。
自分が出した指示が間違っていた場合、チームで打合せしているときは、誰が出した指示かはっきりすべきだと思うんですがねぇ。フラストレーションがまた溜まっていきます。
