先週の金曜日に突如腰が痛くなった。おかげで週末はスキーでなく温泉湯治に（汗）。週末ゆっくりして月曜日に病院へ。レントゲンの結果、骨には異常なし。再来週MRIをとって軟骨の状態を診ることに。
月曜日から、腹筋と背筋の簡単なトレーニング。ところが、これが功を奏したのか、腰の痛みがかなり引く。ようするに、惰眠をむさぼっている間に背筋力が落ちて腰が痛くなったようだ。トレーニングは重要である。
